Victorian Seamless Tile

Requirements:
PSP 6 or 7
Simple Filters

1. Open a new image 100 x 100 white

2. Flood fill with a dark color
I used: #355A87
(I give an example done with a light color and I think the dark looks better.)

3. Go to Effects: Texture, Fine leather and apply these settings:

4. Go back to Effects, and use these Simple Filters:
Zoom out and Flip
Pizza Slice Mirror
Centre Tile

5. Here's an example using a light color. You can click on it to see it as a background.
