Hanging Potpourri

Here is what you need:

metal lid from frozen juice container
ruler
scissors
thin ribbon
white glue
masking tape
potpourri
 

Here is what you do:

1. Cover the indented side of the lid with masking tape to create a better gluing surface.

2. Cut a 10-inch length of ribbon to use for a hanger. Tape the two ends of the ribbon over the masking-taped side of the lid.

3. Cover the taped side of the lid with glue. Immediately press potpourri into the glue to completely cover the lid. Let the glue dry.

This little ornament will make any room smell sweeter.
