Confetti Noise Maker

Here is what you need:

small plastic detergent bottle
scissors
thin ribbon
confetti
three or more jingle bells
ruler

Here is what you do:

1. Cut an 18-inch piece of ribbon. String three or more jingle bells onto the ribbon. Tie the ribbon and bells around the bottle. tie the two ends of the ribbon together to make a wrist hanger for the bottle.

2. Fill the bottle with confetti.

Bring in the new year by shaking your bottle to ring the bells and toss the confetti.
