Fabric Covered Album

Instructions:

1. Cut outside fabric two inches larger than cover. Cut batting exactly to fit outside cover.

2. Cut interior cover exactly to fit inside cover.

3. Apply Heat-N-Bond according to manufacturer's directions to back of both fabrics.

4. Iron center of fabric to interior of cover, leaving two inches around the edges free.

5. Glue batting to outside cover.

6. iron front fabric in place over batting, on inside pleat corners and press down.

7. Complete pressing down interior fabric. Glue ribbon over edges for a completed look.

8. Add other decorations as desired (i.e. lace, fabric paint, glitter, pearls, and gem stones, etc.)
