Dissolve Gelatin Dessert
in boiling water. Add frozen strawberries, breaking apart with a fork.
Stir until slightly thickened, 3 to 5 minutes.
Fold in whipped
topping. Pour into dessert dishes. |
Tip: For Raspberry
Mousse, use 1 pkg JELL-O Raspberry Gelatin Dessert and 1 pkg frozen
unsweetened raspberries. Makes 6 servings. |

Citrus Meringue |

Prepare Gelatin Dessert
according to 30 Minute Set Method on package. Set Aside 2/3 cup of slightly thickened gelatin. Stir fruit into remaining gelatin, spoon into 4 dessert dishes. |
Beat reserved gelatin
with electric mixer until double in volume. Spoon over fruited layer in
dishes. Chill until set, about 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Tip: For best results when beating gelatin - it must be of egg white consistency before beating. |

Prepare pudding as
directed on package. Fold in whipped topping Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Chill about 30 minutes. |

|

Pour water in electric
blender container. Add Gelatin Dessert. Cover and blend at medium speed
for 1 minute. Scrape sides of container. With machine running, add ice cream by spoonfuls through hole in lid of blender. Add milk and ice; blend at medium speed for 30 seconds. Serve immediately. |
Makes 3 to 4 servings. Tip: Use any flavor of Gelatin Dessert and add 1/2 cup fruit to the blender with the ice cream if desired.

You Know About Frozen Fruit: For maximum freshness, use in 3 months. Do not hold longer than 6 months. Do not refreeze thawed fruit. To thaw fruit, place unopened package in bowl. Allow to stand at room temperature for 2 1/2 hours. |

Easy Butterscotch Fudge |

Line a small loaf pan
with waxed paper. Blend milk gradually into pudding mix in a medium microwavable bowl. Add butter. Cook
uncovered on High power for 1 minute. Stir
well. Quickly blend in powdered sugar and nuts. |
Pour into pan and chill
45 minutes to one hour. Cut into pieces. Store in refrigerator. Makes 18 to 24 pieces. Note: Tested in 700 watt oven. For 500 watt oven increase second cooking time to 65 seconds. Tip: Use JELL-O Chocolate or Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling, if desired. Add 1/2 cup dried fruit such as apricots, cranberries or dried cherries, if desired. |

boiling water. Cool in refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Whisk in ice cream Pour into individual dessert dishes, chill until set, about 30 minutes. |
Makes 6 servings Tip: Adding ice cream makes this recipe set in 30 minutes. Be creative with your favorite ice cream and JELL-O flavors. Substitute frozen yogurt for ice cream, if desired. |

package. Remove any unmelted ice cubes, fold in whipped topping. Chill until set, about 1 hour. |
Makes 6 servings. Tip: Add 1/2 cup sliced fruit after removing ice cubes, if desired. |

Prepare Gelatin Dessert with 1 cup boiling water. Stir in fruit
