Shrimp Dip Onion Party Dip
Hot Crabmeat Dip Pizza Snacks

Vegetable Dip  

 

  Shrimp Dip
1 can tomato soup
1 pkg. gelatin (dissolved in warm water--1-2 Tbsp.)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can shrimp  (small can salad shrimp)
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
little onion
¼ c. green pepper
¼ c. chopped celery
Warm soup; add gelatin.
Mix remaining ingredients. Put into mold.
Chill overnight or 5 hours.

 

  Hot Crabmeat Dip
1 can Alaskan crabmeat
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
 a little lemon juice
½ tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. onion
Put into shallow baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400˚ for 30 minutes. Serve with Triscuit crackers.

 

  Dried Beef Dip
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
½ cup sour cream
2 ½ oz. dried beef, finely chopped
¼ tsp. pepper
2 tsp. green pepper, minced
Mix softened cream cheese and milk. Fold in sour cream and other ingredients. Blend well. Refrigerate.
Serve with crackers, bread sticks, vegetables, etc. as dippers.

Makes 2 cups.

 

  Fruit Dip
1 (8oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (7oz.) jar marshmallow cream
Combine softened cream cheese with marshmallow creme. Mix until well blended.
Serve with fresh fruit or cookies as dippers.

Makes 2 cups.

 

  Vegetable Dip
1 c. sour cream
c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. onion flakes
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. dill seed
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Mix well and let stand in refrigerator at least 6 hours.
Can add:
1 ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 drops Tabasco sauce

 

  Onion Party Dip
8 oz. pkg. soft cream cheese
1 medium onion, grated finely
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
12 oz. catsup
Beat cheese; add other ingredients in order. Mix until well blended. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

Makes 1 ½ pints.

 

  Pizza Snacks
½ lb. Italian sausage
1 Tbsp. crushed oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
tomato paste
1 c. shredded sharp process cheese
¼ c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425˚.
Brown sausage; drain. Add oregano and garlic. On greased baking sheet, flatten biscuits to 4 inch circles with floured custard cup; leave rim. Fill with tomato paste and sausage. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake about 10 minutes. Trim with olive slices.

 

  Cheese Balls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. green peppers
1 Tbsp. Season-All salt
Chop onions and peppers fine. Mix all together. Refrigerate overnight.
 Next day, roll in ball, then roll in chopped nuts.

 

  Zucchini Appetizers
3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
½ c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbs. fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
½ tsp. seasoned salt
½ tsp. margarine or oregano
dash of pepper
½ c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
Mix all ingredients together.
Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
Bake in a 350˚ oven to a golden brown, about 25 minutes.
